A great opportunity for a technical management professional to join the busy team at MRC. The Technical Manager is responsible for effectively and professionally delivering the technical services required for a variety of concerts and events.

The position is also responsible for the maintenance and safety of equipment and infrastructure as well as planning for upgrades. The position manages the technical team of full-time and casual technicians and is supported by the part-time Technical Coordinator. The position works closely with the Director of Programming & Presenter Services and Concert & Event Coordinators.

The successful applicant must have exceptional technical knowledge and experience across a number of technical fields, as well as a specific knowledge in the presentation of music and a demonstrated ability to supervise staff and be highly organised.
