Champagne corks were popping last month when the Show Technology crew celebrated Gino Lombardi’s ten years of service with the company.
Gino heads up the Western Australian branch of Show Technology from the Perth warehouse where he also runs sister company Design Quintessence’s WA operations, taking the company from a standing start to the undisputed number one rigging, cases and accessory supplier – just like he did with Show Technology in the lighting and control markets.
“We are very proud to have Gino celebrate ten years of service with Show Technology,” commented Emmanuel Ziino, managing director of Show Technology. “Gino pioneered our branch office concept by opening the first regional office back in 2003 and that was a significant milestone in our industry.”
A decade later and Perth still plays a vital role in developing new ideas for Show Technology’s processes and systems. Gino is renowned for having close relationships with all of his customers and always goes that extra mile.
“It has been an amazing ten years as part of the Show Technology team,” added Gino. “It has been so inspiring and motivating to have supported and help grow, so many sales and rental companies during that time. I am very passionate about this industry and I look forward to being part of the next ten years of change and growth.”
The Show Technology team has many long serving people which has proven to be a real asset to the company. Gino was presented with the customary 10-year Tag Heur watch from the company awarded by the Ziino family.
“Our people care about the company and its customers …. hanging around long enough to prove it!” quipped Emmanuel.
