Concert Lighting Systems Aust P/L is seeking a Receptionist / Sales Assistant for our Melbourne Office. Concert Lighting Systems Australia Pty Ltd (CLS) is an Australian owned company established in 1976 with the main office and factory situated in Melbourne and another office located in Sydney.
CLS specialise in the manufacture, supply and production of stage lighting, rigging and accessories for entertainment, exhibitions and displays throughout Australasia. Professional commitment to provide superior service has put CLS at the forefront in stage lighting events including rock’n’roll, theatre, corporate, exhibitions, launches, promotions, parties and parades.
This is a full time, permanent position and requires a reliable and honest person who is willing to perform a range of tasks. Experience in the lighting industry would be highly regarded. You will need to be proficient in Word and Excel & have excellent customer service skills. Experience with MYOB would be an advantage.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Answering and directing all incoming calls
* Meet and greet customers
* Supporting the Sales department
* Counter Sales
* Data entry
Wage is negotiable based on experience. Must have current drivers licence and vehicle.
