Payroll, Accounts and Administration Officer Position

Due to recent changes within this organisation there is an opportunity for a dedicated Payroll, Accounts and Administration Officer to join our friendly and exciting team in the entertainment industry at Phaseshift Productions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with both internal and external clients
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations, BAS & IAS
- Payroll (including Superannuation & Payroll Tax)
- Phone Reception
- Working closely with Director and Accountant
- General Administration Duties
Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
Proficient MS Office Experience, Verbal and Written English Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Time Management, Data Entry Skills, Analysing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Work Efficiently and Ability to Meet Deadlines.
Experience in Reckon (formerly QuickBooks) and accounts knowledge is a prerequisite.
Remuneration will be based on experience.
