Juliusmedia have three places left in the first new Lighting Basics course at Sydney’s Concourse. Dubbed ‘Concourses’ and held in partnership with the new performing arts centre at Chatswood, the course is a two day, hands on affair.
Previously Juliusmedia offered a three day single unit course at their registered college, which closed at the end of 2010. This new course is not VET accredited, which simplifies delivery. The course includes Venue Induction, Concourse lighting equipment with hands on, and theatre jargon. A section on control will allow users to grasp some fundamentals. Cost is just $289 and the course runs January 7 and 8. A repeat will be held in July.
