If you’re the hire manager we’re looking for, ideally you will have:
Excellent management skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams to reach the highest standards

The ability to help develop new customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to be flexible, adaptable and to think on your feet
High levels of computer literacy
The desire to be part of a friendly and supportive team
Be able to build relationships with new and existing customers
Also have experience in production hire. However, if you are enthusiastic and have a background in a related area, as well as an understanding of the operations of the production hire industry, we’d love to hear from you. There is some weekend work involved with this position.Computer experience using Word and Rental Point is a plus.
