It's just as well! The Quartzcolour Kahoutek was heavy piece of useless kit, built especially for the ABC in Australia AFAIK.
It was meant to be a dual function softlight and fresnel spot, but did both jobs fairly badly whilst weighing a ton. Please don't bid on it. The lens was the only useful part in the entire luminaire (same as in the 5k Pollux) and that's missing from this fixture anyway. _________________ Andy Ciddor |

No Greg. Not even for spare parts (aside from the Pollux lens)
They were pretty useless even when brand new from the factory.
A total blight on the industry.

But all it needs is a new lamp and lead and it is as good as new......
and it obviously comes with a bottle of Hahn...
edit: apparently it was 'designed as an outdoor floodlight with out a lens'... have a quick look at the question at the bottom.. |
