Ahhh, my mind drifts back to a time when nearly every pub and auditorium had a row of nails pre installed along the walls and over the doors. A very high tech community managed solution (if a nail was missing you put one of your own in there...). Just don't mention jack chain and cup hooks left in ceilings for "rigging". _________________ Never play leap frog with a unicorn |

Firstly - Andy is right. We have just added to our existing stock of cable trays. We have added 200 units of a 2 channel tray. This was prompted by demand not this forum but I have been watching....
Blow - the new ones are not really for ballrooms ideally. Certainly not main entry for banqueting. The guys should have flown.
phild - a pet hate is the interior design of all the new 5 star ballrooms. NO consutation with those that have to use the space. It would be vary easy to make these spaces look good and be easy/safe to use day to day but it does not happen. I know of one in Melbourne that was easy to work in then it had a refit. All of a sudden it had white cloth walls and you could no longer run cables out of the control room windows. This now meand heaps more on the floor to be managed. |
