PRG Australia is Australia’s leading supplier of Lighting Systems and of LED Video Screens for the entertainment industry including indoor and outdoor major events, theatre productions and concert tours. With offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide the business is currently seeking an enthusiastic Melbourne based Electronics Service Technician to repair and maintain electronic equipment including moving lights, lighting consoles, video screens and other electronic equipment both in the factory and onsite.
Key requirements for the role are:
• Tertiary qualification in electronics – preferably Diploma
• Experience working to component level
• Ability to troubleshoot without a diagram
• Understanding of computer networking
• Soldering skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• High level of personal presentation
• Excellent customer service skills
The successful applicant should be a flexible team player who thrives on challenges and can work under pressure without supervision. Some interstate travel will be required along with work outside of normal business hours.
