2017 Entech Roadshow success for Show Technology

Posted on Thursday, March 2nd, 2017

The Entech Roadshow has wrapped for another year and yet again, it was an amazing success for Show Technology.

“The format is absolutely spot on and I take my hat off to the organisers for running a well-orchestrated event,” remarked Emmanuel Ziino, Managing Director of Show Technology. “We get to meet a lot of customers along the way and discuss things in person, as well as getting first hander reaction to our new product releases.

“This year our ShowPro range was extremely well received, especially the new ShowPro IP FusionBar15 and new IP FusionParQ12.  The new LED Roxie Followspot from Robert Juliat, the Ayrton AlienPix, the Clay Paky Unico and Martin Rush MH-7 were our most talked about products.”

“We are definitely exhibiting again next year!”

The Show Pro IP FusionBar15 is an outdoor-rated Quad-colour (4-in-one) RGBW one-meter LED batten delivers vibrant linear colour washes and an individually controllable 15 x 1 pixel matrix. The ShowPro IP FusionParQ12 is an outdoor-rated Quad-colour (4-in-one), RGBW LED wash light is designed for professional touring and production companies and has W-DMX receiver onboard.

The future of LED is going to interesting with this current range of useable LED products especially within the theatre market,” Michael Zagarn, Michael Zagarn Lighting.

“The ShowPro IP FusionParQ12 should become a very popular fixture due to the fact it is water resistant. It will be an excellent choice for outdoor gigs where weather is always a concern. With inbuilt W-DMX, high light output and an affordable price, it ticks all the boxes,” Allan Brown, Centrestate Sound & Lighting.

“The Show Pro IP FusionBar15 is a really well built, versatile unit. I can see a few jobs coming up where this will be a very good option. The easy frost installation is a big plus,” Josh Frey, Josh Frey Productions.

With its ultra-compact dimension and low power consumption, Roxie is the new LED followspot. Roxie has been developed for the schools and small-sized venues to fit into the smallest of spaces.

“I’m keen to look at these to replace some of our aging older follow spots…especially as its LED and super bright for its size,” Darryl Edwards, Matrix Productions.

“This would be a great unit for small school productions and events,” Brock Preston, Elite Audio Visual Productions.

The Claypaky Scenius Unico is the latest addition to the Scenius family, therefore its first highly appealing feature is the quality of its light (1400W Osram lamp, 6500K, very high CRI). It is a magnificent spot light for projecting effects, with six rotating gobos, a rotating prism a beautiful animation wheel, and it is equipped with the most sophisticated and most precise framing system on the market today.

“I can see the Scenius Unico becoming a work horse fixture. The ability to produce a myriad of looks from one unit is outstanding, and I look forward to incorporating them into future productions,” Tom Wright, Additive.

The Martin RUSH MH 7 Hybrid is an all in one beam, spot and wash moving head.

“The RUSH MH 7 Hybrid is a great budget-friendly, all in one moving head, with a fantastic feature set,” Benn Sargood, Benn Sargood Mobile Lighting Audio & AV Services.
