Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Sam Smith will return to Australia and New Zealand on his The Thrill Of It All World Tour this November. A stunningly elegant show created with a collaboration of like minds – reinventing the stage space for arenas and putting Sam amongst his fans. A play on volume of light, negative space and perfect timing, the show looks and feels like no other.
Designed by Tim Routledge, the show is operated by Louisa Smurthwaite who has kindly agreed to conduct an ALIA tour in Brisbane.
The rig includes 156 x Solaris Flare Q+, 24 x Atomic White LED (for the sun), 75 x Robe Spiider (Main overhead grid), 32 x Robe BMFL Wash Beam, 52 x GLP Impression X-Bar 20, 36 x Robert Juliat Dalis 862 Footlight (Floor around the stage on shelf) and 5 x Robe BMFL Robo Spots or PRG Ground Control. Control is 2 x MA2 Fullsize Consoles with 2 x MDG The One for smoke.
