Multi-Platinum group Lady Antebellum’s Own The Night 2012 World Tour rolls into Australia this September. These will be Lady Antebellum’s very first headline shows in Australia, having last toured as special guests for Keith Urban in April 2011 where their outstanding performances received standing ovations after each show – a rarity for an opening act.
The group received five nominations for the 2012 Academy Of Country Music Awards and won the Group Of The Year award for the third straight year. Additionally, the group received a 2012 Grammy award for Country Album of the Year.
Originally designed by Baz Halpin, the show’s lighting includes VL3000 washes and spots, Clay Paky Sharpys and Martin Atomic Colors. Lighting director for the Australian tour is Nate Alves and he has kindly agreed to conduct a tour of the lighting at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre next Saturday September 29th at 2pm
