Evanescence are renowned for their classically influenced haunting, hammering hard rock sound, beautifully led by Amy Lee’s wrenching vocals ranging from delicate to dramatic, primal to passionate. Piano-led broodings swell at pace upon intricate, hammering guitars, creating stunning hard-driving tunes. Their unique sound has lead to combined album sales nearing 25 million worldwide.
Later this month Evanescence tour Australia and lighting designer Dan Hardiman has kindly offered to conduct a tour of his lighting rig in Brisbane. The rig includes VL3000 Spots, Clay Paky Sharpys, Martin MAC2000 Wash, Martin Atomic Strobes, PAR 36 8-lites and Colorblaze 72 fixtures all controlled by either a WholeHog III or RoadHog FullBoar.
Where: Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre
When: Monday March 26th
Time: 3pm (band soundchecks at 4pm and you will probably be allowed to stay for this)
