To attend an ALIA Backstage Tour the following protocol must be observed:

You are required to supply a contact phone number, preferably a mobile phone, when booking your place

If you cannot attend the tour please contact ALIA asap as others may be waiting to take your place. If you cannot make the tour close to the scheduled time please ring the designated tour leader.

There is always the chance that a tour may be cancelled or rescheduled with little notice due to production difficulties

You must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the tour starting. It is likely that late arrivals will not be admitted into the venue due to tight security

Please stay with your Tour Leader at all times. If you are fortunate enough to stay to see a show do not go backstage or hinder the crew in any manner.

If you are intending to use the material disclosed during the tour for purposes other than personal and professional development, you must obtain written copyright clearance for that purpose with the persons and organizations involved with the tour, prior to attending the tour.
You must also give ALIA and the copyright owners a written undertaking that you will clear the resulting material with all copyright holders prior to publication in any medium.
